Develop and implement advanced AI and ML models to drive data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business challenges using data science.
Lead and mentor junior data scientists, providing guidance and technical expertise.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that will drive strategic initiatives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on AI and ML.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Experience with ML frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
