Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role require an individual who has experience in some of the following activities and has a strong desire to upskill.
Data Integration and Pipeline Development: Design and develop robust data pipelines to ingest, transform, and integrate various HR-related data sets
Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and reliability of the data by implementing data quality checks, validation rules, and data governance best practices
ETL Development: Develop and maintain Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate and transform data from various sources into a unified and consistent format suitable for analysis. Ensure scalability and maintainability of ETL workflows to accommodate evolving data needs
Data Security and Compliance: Implement data processes and pipelines that are secure and compliant with GDPR and other global regulations
Data Analysis and Modeling: Utilize statistical techniques and advanced analytics to analyze complex data sets. Develop predictive and prescriptive models to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement
Reporting and Visualization: Design and deliver data-driven reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key insights and metrics to stakeholders across the organization. Present findings in a clear and concise manner to drive informed decision-making
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to develop data-driven strategies for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. Analyze workforce trends, skill gaps, and succession planning to support long-term organizational goals
Qualifications
A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Data Engineering, Finance, Economics, Psychology or related discipline is preferred.
Candidates is fluid in English both verbal and written
Competencies
The ideal candidate has a proven track record applying the below technical skills. Candidate is eager and capable to build a network and brand themselves within the role and has well documented experience working in a complex organization where processes and stakeholders can be ambiguous.
Experience in engineering and analyzing structured and unstructured data (e.g. Databricks, SQL, R, Python)
Experience in applying statistical methods to provide insights to business problems (e.g. regression, dimension reduction, classification, clustering, longitudinal analysis, ONA, ML, NLP/text mining)
Good level of presentation and report writing skills
Experience in workforce planning and strategic workforce planning would be an advantage
Self-motivated and a quick learner with a desire for optimization and continuous improvement
Good track record of engaging with all levels of the business, reporting findings and challenging the status quo. Can influence and sway decisions
Structured and has the highest standards of data privacy and data protection when dealing with sensitive, confidential, and personal information

This role can be based in a number of locations including will be in Aarhus, DK, Warrington GB, Warsaw PL, Hamburg DE, Malmö SE.
