We're now looking for a Data Scientist to strengthen our growing Analytics Team in Stockholm, who is interested in developing tomorrow's intelligent workforce management, enabling data driven decision-making and having a big impact on strategic initiatives. The mission is to turn our vast amounts of data into actionable insights across the organization and guide the development of new features. As we're growing internationally you will be an integral part of a company set out to make our customers Enjoy Work even more.
What you'll do!
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to define complex business problems and suggesting the right analytical and technical solutions.
• With focus on strategic business objectives perform advanced analysis on structured and unstructured data, optimization modelling, predictive modeling, pattern recognition and anomaly detection.
• Development and implementation of advanced models using state-of-the-art data technologies.
• Communicate results, insights and recommendations throughout the organization.
Skills!
• PhD or MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent quantitative field
• You have a deep understanding and professional experience working with advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, developing and implementing models
• Experience from working with optimization problems
• Data science experience and programming skills in Python, NumPy, SciPy, MATLAB. Octave, R, SQL, Spark, SAS or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and creative mindset and problem solving skills
• Team player with great communication and presentation skills
