hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Agile Search i Stockholm We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Operation & Analytics team and help drive a data-first culture across Volvo Car Mobility.
As a Data Scientist, your mission is to turn data into insights and get a deep understanding of our customers, product, operations, our cars and the hardware. You will notably work with analysing user behaviour, strategic initiatives, new features and bring data insights into every decision we make.
Your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- Performing analysis on large and very diverse sets of data to extract actionable insights that will help drive decisions across our organisation
- Detecting trends and communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to key managers and stakeholders
- Support wider business objectives by providing analytical expertise on product and system developments
- Working closely with our cross-functional tech teams
To catch our eye you show:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar data scientist role
- A degree in computer science, statistics, econometrics, applied mathematics/physics, financial modeling or similar quantitative discipline
- A deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense
- Programming skills (such as Python, Matlab or Excel)
- Experience with analytics tools and modelling (such as SQL, BigQuery, Tableau, TensorFlow, Sci Kit-Learn)
- Capability of scoping and solving complex business problems
- Previous experience working within an agile environment
- Good communication skills and you love working as part of a team
Extra awesome if you have:
- Successfully worked with large datasets to deliver business value
- Built and implemented optimisation and machine learning models
- A strong conceptual ability
- Experience from data warehousing and ETL pipelines
