hela Sverige I am Fredrik Nordberg and I am leading the B2C team in Analytics Sweden. We are a great team of analysts, and I am super proud of every member of our team. Our team is dedicated to support our Consumer business in the following areas: data prep, self-service analytics, analysis and insight, and value creation through analytics. Our team is growing and we are now looking for a Data Quality Lead to help us take the next step in our journey to become a truly data driven company.
Your next challenge?
The primary tasks associated with this role are:
• Data quality assurance; validating data in our data warehouse and data lake
• Guidance of IT team dedicated to addressing the quality issues that you identify
• Design requirements on how data should be stored in an optimal way for analytical purposes
• Documentation of data in our data catalogue Alation
• Responsible for joint data definitions, ensuring consistency across all data consumers so that we achieve our vision of a single version of the truth
• Lead in development of a roadmap for bringing in new data and improving available data
• Data quality monitoring and reporting, including dashboards and scorecards.
Your skills and experience
You have very good analytical skills and are used to working with very large amounts of data in a fast-paced and complex environment. You are at ease to cooperate closely with a wide variety of stakeholders, including IT and other departments. You have experience from translating an organization's data needs into IT requirements, and you know how to successfully lead the implementation thereof in close cooperation with IT. You are driven, solution oriented, and structured. You identify the big picture before heading into details. You have good communication and presentation skills.
You have:
• At least 5 years' experience working with SQL and very large amounts of data as a Data Engineer
• Experience working with data quality assurance, metadata management and data profiling
• Experience from working with a wide variety of stakeholder, including IT, product owners, product specialists and other departments
• Experience from agile working methods and project management
• Experience working with Teradata, Hadoop and Alation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or equivalent.
