Process and Demand Europe is an organizational unit within the Business Division Distribution and Sales and has approximately 200 people located in Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden. Process and Demand Europe supports the Business Division regarding Demand and Portfolio Management, Process Management, Data Quality Management and Online Capabilities.

We are looking for an Information Architect, Process Manager or System Manager that can take on the role Data Quality Manager.

As a Data Quality Manager you will be part of the European Data Quality Management department. The task for the department is to improve the quality of customer related data, i.e. the data in the business systems (e.g. SAP and Siebel).

Main tasks
You will be one of three Data Quality Managers, a senior expert role, with a European responsibility to increase the Data Quality awareness and insight, and improving the Information Management and Data Quality Management both on a general level and hands on.

As Data Quality Manager, you are managing data within Data Areas, instead of managing people. Your responsibility is to improve the quality of the data within all Data Areas. Another aspect of the responsibility is improvement in relation to processes and systems. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Data Quality Management concepts.

Interacting and working with stakeholders is a central task for you, including developing and setting targets on data quality. Interaction with IT is also an important task, i.e. to establishing and setting the collaboration with IT. You will to a large extent work with development in general, which will include work as a project manager, initiative leader and project member.

Qualifications
We are looking for a person with a higher education within Business Administration, Information Management, System Engineering or comparable training/experience. You have at least 5 years of hand-on experience in Business, IT and/or Service domains, preferably in the Utilities Business. Competence areas of special interest are
• Business Intelligence
• Information Architecture
• Information Management
• Process Management - System Integration

You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English and a willingness to travel.

As a person you have hands-on mentality and a strong vision to improve the Data Quality and bring the awareness to the business about the importance of the data. You are well organised and a result-driven professional with a strong focus on solutions in relation to complex processes and systems.
