We are looking for a commercial Data Protection Strategist for our major transformation towards becoming a data-driven customer-centric bank. A project manager with good business sense and GDPR knowledge that can help us with developing and implementing our updated consent strategy; to secure the transparency and privacy of using our customer's data to deliver tailored products, services, digital experiences and recommendations.
At Swedbank, you will have the possibility to:
• Be part of Customer Value Communication (CVC), Segment Management Private in Swedish Banking. CVC is responsible for creating personalized, proactive, and automated Next Best Actions (one-to-one communication) based on data driven customer insights.
• Be a key player to ensure that we continue to develop and implement our consent strategy, a strategic enabler for us on our journey to becoming an even more customer-centric data-driven bank
• Drive the consent strategy implementation project and consent strategy updates in the bank whilst maintaining a strong focus on the commercial and business drivers and desired benefits
• Be responsible for the overall consent portfolio, consent process and consent governance framework
• Work in the intersection between business, legal and IT
In this role you need:
• Background as a Management Consultant, Senior Project Manager, APO or Privacy/Data Protection Manager
• A strong commercial (business and customer) understanding and equally strong understanding of GDPR
• Confident in leading interpretations of upcoming regulations and market standards
• A relevant university degree
• To be fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral
• Experience in managing complexity and leading change
• A prestige-less and positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, logic and results-driven nature
• To be dedicated to delivering high quality
It will be considered an advantage if you:
• Can demonstrate your experience of implementing and embedding GDPR-related changes in a business
• Have experience from the financial industry and marketing area in particular
• Can demonstrate experience of successfully balancing legal/regulatory requirements and business performance
• Experience of working agile, open-minded, pro-active a has a willingness to learn new things.
