We are now in the search for an Insights Lead with business acumen and data management understanding who is also inspired by Leadership.
What you'll do
As an Insights Lead you will foster and evangelize a data-driven culture within the company by being the lead to one or several business areas. You will collaborate with colleagues and partners to create measurable value and deliver data-driven Insights and thus creating a data-driven company. In practice the Insights Lead will through business acumen, functional and domain knowledge, lead, provide guidance and support to Volvo Cars in identifying, aligning and prioritizing Insights & Data Management demand.
You will succeed in your role through collaboration and by leveraging both your personal and our organisations capabilities in which you will influence to their future development. You will also with small rapid deployment teams to address imminent business opportunities to solve opportunities and generate demands. Also, it is important that you bring the willingness to embrace continuous learning of our end-to-end technology stack as a tool to demonstrate the ease of achieving measurable results, thus starting the monetization of the value of data and analytics.
You and your skills
We believe that you may in your past been working in roles such as a senior business intelligence consultant, product management and/or processes owner or similar. You have developed a solid understanding of the know-how to leverage data for efficient decisions with an agile mindset. You are a clear thinker who anticipates and develops strategies for anticipated future consequences and trends. You have strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. You are excellent at building relationships and you know how to influence and organize people and activities into an efficient workflow. During your career, you have developed skills and experience for efficient facilitation in different formats and scenarios.
We believe you have 5+ years of working experience from roles leveraging Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence and Analytics. You have functional experience from one or several industries, such as Automotive, Logistics, Retail, R&D, etc. You have experience from leadership, working within large organizations utilizing agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum and/or Kanban.
Preferably, you have knowledge about both centralized and decentralized organizational models related to Insights, such as Data Mesh architecture and Self-Service at scale. You have a BSc/MSc, or equivalent training in Computer Science or another relevant subject area.
