The Data & AI Project Lead serves as a strategic catalyst, driving the transformative initiatives that realize DXO's vision. By partnering with our data & AI domains and core enablers' teams to reimagine processes, adopt AI-first approaches, and embed data-driven mindsets, this role champions the profitable growth of our company. You will help accelerate, facilitate and guide the creation of Data & AI-driven roadmaps within each domain, ensuring alignment with broader transformation objectives. Recognizing that responsibilities and scope will evolve based on objectives and key results and prioritized transformation initiatives, you will thrive in an environment where agility, curiosity and innovation are paramount
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Program Leadership & Coordination:
Lead or coordinate cross-functional Data & AI transformation projects within the four pillars of our program, adjusting scope and focus as OKRs evolve. e.g.: development of the initial AI lighthouses, enablement of the first analytics self-services, activation of the new Global Data & AI Platform, refining and defining processes, ...
Analyze existing workflows and collaborate with domain teams to identify pain points, integrate AI solutions, and optimize end-to-end processes with measurable efficiency gains
Maintain a holistic view of the transformation portfolio, aligning domain roadmaps, core enablers roadmap with enterprise-wide business strategies and value-first principles
Leverage Agile or iterative product management approaches to validate ideas quickly, pivot as needed and ensure continuous learning and improvement
Partner with the teams to define Objectives and Key Results as success metrics for their teams, in alignment with the company goals and DXO's strategic objectives
2. Data & AI Culture, Change Management & Adoption
Advocate for a data & AI-driven culture through engaging data & AI literacy programs-awareness sessions, training programs, community events, hackathons-while also introducing new operational workflows that allow teams to seamlessly adopt new ways of working
Encourage best practices in data usage and AI ethics developed by the Governance Team, actively guiding teams to embed improved processes into their day-to-day operations
Collaborate with communication to celebrate milestones and highlight key process changes in Electrolux Group
Promote continuous learning by sharing market best practices, high standards and frameworks, processes optimization, and success stories that help teams evolve and envision the future we are building together
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Influence without authority, building strong relationships with executives, data & AI domains, and core enablers and other teams across the company to align on priorities
Communicate progress, insights, and roadblocks effectively, tailoring messages to gain engagement and secure ongoing sponsorship
Facilitate collaborative sessions, manage healthy friction among diverse teams, and drive consensus while preserving a culture of open dialogue
WHO YOU ARE AND YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Promote continuous learning by sharing market best practices, high standards and frameworks, processes optimization, and success stories that help teams evolve and envision the future we are building together
Able to unite strategic thinking with practical execution, ensuring each project aligns with value-first principles
Comfortable discussing AI and data engineering concepts at a high level, with the ability to translate them into strategic and operational priorities
Goal-oriented with a knack for navigating complexity, minimizing data costs while maximizing outcomes for the company
Influential and collaborative, skilled at facilitating alignment and driving cultural adoption
Experience in running projects using Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) or iterative delivery approaches, ensuring rapid learning and continuous improvement
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business or a related field
5+ years of working experience in a big four consulting firm, top-tier technology company or startup, with a strong focus on AI, Data, or Digital or Business Transformation
Practical experience with Lean, Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) or iterative product development cycles
Fluent in English
