We are now looking for a Data Maintenance Specialist for our Retail and Food Services, a fully owned subsidiary to Stena Line Scandinavia. Our mission is to act as the purchasing function within Stena Line, and to develop as well as deliver company-wide concepts within Food, Beverage and Retail to be implemented onboard of all our vessels across Europe.
What will you do?
Everyone can use a bit of help when it comes to structure and handling data. And this is where you come in! As Data Maintenance Specialist your main responsibility is data maintenance for articles within Food, Beverage and Retail in our systems. You support our vessels regarding article set up and continuously monitor new as well as existing articles. You will be part of our Onboard Sales & Services and the Data Maintenance team where you will report to our Sales Manager.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• System setups regarding customers and suppliers
• Setting up and correcting discounts and offers
• Ongoing operational development of processes and routines
• Part test team within number of projects
• Administrate customer service issues in our system Efecte

The must-have's:
• Experience from customer support and data maintenance
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Strong knowledge in Excel (if you have worked in JDE, LS Retail or similar systems that's a big plus!)
