THE OPPORTUNITY
In our warehouse hundreds of robots are pushing our products around to ensure one of the most efficient logistic setup in the industry and we can proudly say that we now have the biggest Autostore warehouse in the world.
Our Warehouse Management System is developed by our own and we are therefore in full control of priorities and performance. In this role you will work with data and be responsible for extracting, transforming, presenting data and making sure that key stakeholders have the data to make the right decisions. Also you will work proactively in finding solutions and optimisations in the automated logistic processes. To fully understand the data and the processes, you are expected to spend some days at the warehouse frequently.
This is a new position and you will therefore have the possibility to shape the role and be a part of which technologies and tools you will use. For investigating data and creating reports today we mainly use Qlik sense.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Create ETL pipelines, Implement processes and systems to monitor data flow and quality, ensuring collected data is accurate and available for key stakeholders.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.
Work closely with a team of frontend, backend developers and stakeholders from the Warehouse to develop a strategy for long-term data platform architecture.
YOUR PROFILE
At least one year of experience from a similar role.
BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field desirable.
Fluent in English since this is our corporate language (only applications in English will be considered)
Meritorious if you have knowledge and/or experience within programming
Meritorious if you have knowledge and/or experience with DataStorage, ex MySQL, Big Query.
To be successful in this role you have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are able to take responsibility for your own projects, be proactive and prioritize between different tasks.
