Description
As a data engineer you need to be able to :
• Participate in the analysis and understanding of business requirements and assure that the solution meets both business and IT requirements, as well as translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Responsible for designing and develop ETL and cube solution
• Responsible for designing, developing and setup of integrations to a full data warehouse solution
• Be part of a product team and interact with several surrounding stakeholders, within both business and IT
• Responsible for both short term and long-term solution of the platform and system
• Take part in the development of architectural guidelines and standards together with the Product Area Lead Engineer
• Support, job monitoring
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Experience in Azure Data Warehouse
• Experience with version control workflows with Git
• Several years of experience developing data warehouses and designing Business Intelligence solutions, preferably in the Microsoft-suite or Data Warehouse appliances
• The ability to understand and work on both strategic and detailed level
• The ability to interact with multiple stakeholders
• You have experience working in agile teams, and using supporting tools such as JIRA
• Excellent communication skills in English, Swedish is a plus
• Experience of Scrum Master role or equivalent is a plus
• Power BI is a plus
