Now we recruiting a full-time technical service person from the society.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Combined with the company's main business, accurately convey service information and advantages to customers.
2.Be responsible services for customers, visit customers regularly, and actively maintain customer relationships.
3. Actively understand and feedback market research such as market demand, competition, and customer information.
4. Combine The company's marketing objectives are to rationally utilize resources and achieve services targets and resales.
Qualifications:
1. Proficient in Chinese and fluent in English.
2. Proficient in using computer offices, using computers to process Excel forms for orders and create for customers.
3. Proficient in using Wechat, Dingtalk, Lark and other software to do the services and contact customers in Chinese. (Writing also important)
4. Have strong communication skills, customer discovery skills, and coordination skills.
5. Honest and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility and able to withstand greater work pressure.
6. Ability to travel for long periods of time.
