We are at a very exciting and and expansive phase for AI and Big Data and we are therefore looking for a Data Enginner for our team. You will have a central role in the design and build of our next-generation AI- and Big Data solution as well as getting the opportunity to join a company with a long tradition of analysis of data together with developers and data scientists.
The role spans a wide range from creating the vision, design and implementation. As a Data Engineer you will be responsible for keeping track of where this field is heading and making sure that Ellos Group has relevant and cutting edge solutions and data. The role also owns the maintenance and operations of the solution.
We are looking for someone who has:
• a documented experience in designing, implementing and operating solutions for data ingestion, data cleansing and data lakes.
• worked in industralising segmentation and forecasting
• a very good feel for data-flows, scaleability and performance
• a good sense of how structured and unstructured data is used in the best possible way
A background in classical data-warehousing (Kimball, Darwin), Microsoft SQL Server/BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) and Power BI is beneficial.
Besides from a deep technical know-how it is important that you have a natural ability to communicate and being open and driving as a person. Your goal is to give all users working with data analysis the right pre-requisites to succeed, ranging from machine learning to analysis of real-time data.
