hela Sverige We are hiring a Data Engineer for our team developing our data platform on GCP. We are dedicated to building a robust infrastructure that fosters data driven decision making. As part of our Data & Analytics Team you play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing our data platform. Here's How a Data Engineer Works at Apotek Hjärtat:
As a Data Engineer, you collaborate closely with Data Analysts within our Data & Analytics department. Additionally, you will engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams from ICA Group, including engineers, cloud architects, and data scientists. Together, we aim to build a solid foundation for advanced analytics, AI, and Machine Learning integration into our business processes in the long term.
You will be a part of establishing the new data platform on GCP. This includes developing data integration, data modeling processes and integrating data from various sources such as databases, APIs, streaming data, and external providers. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingest operations. You will be using open source and Google products in cloud environment in an agile way of working. You build it - you run it.
This is a Hybrid work position, and you will be based in Stockholm, Solna.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced data engineer who wants to join us in this journey taking our new data platform to the next level. You have a relevant engineering background with experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and data lakes/warehouses - in a cloud environment. This could be GCP, Azure or AWS. You need to be skilled in Python and SQL. You need to have a valid work permit for Sweden or an EU citizenship.
