Our mission is to establish the necessary processes and IT-solutions to support the Common Product Development within the TRATON Group which Scania is part of. To enable Collaboration, we work together with the corresponding R&D organizations within TRATON such as MAN, Navistar and Volkswagen Truck & Bus as well as Strategic Partners to TRATON Group.
To meet the business demands Collaboration VCT need to strengthen the team with individuals whom can analyse large volumes of data and provide valuable insights. You will be a member of a team and work together with our passionate self-organized t-shaped teams to shape the future of how the organisation works with Data.
This is what you love doing
As a Data Driven Developer you are accountable for defining and developing data driven applications that are fit for its intended use. You love to collaborate and have a passion for working with data analytics. We see that you have at least 3 years of work experience related to Product Development, working with big data and a passion for AI & ML going into to this.
As a Developer you are to collaborate together with the team and different stakeholders to understand the solution context and intent, analyse technical trade-offs, determine the services within a certain application and how the applications interact, define non-functional requirements and work close together within cross-functional teams. You will be working together within a release train with multiple agile distributed teams with highly competent, versatile and diverse colleagues.
Today, our technology stack/tools includes i.e. AWS, Lambdas, AWS Sagemaker, Angular 10+, Python (incl. libraries such as Tensorflow and/or PyTorch), Java, GitLab among others. We work on a Java based micro-service architecture and trust you have knowledge in at least some of these areas.
Who we believe you are - what you will bring to the team
• Participate in planning, definition, and design of the application development
• Enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy
• Actively participate in the continuous Exploration process as part of the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
• Define subsystems and their interfaces, allocate responsibilities to subsystems, understand solution deployment, and communicate requirements for interactions within the solution context
• Work with business stakeholders, and Architects to establish the solution intent,
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and Pre- and Post-PI Planning, System Demos, and VCT inspect and adapt events.
