You will join our Project Management department
As our new project manager, you will be part of our Swedish project management operations. We are 200 project managers within a wide a range of expertise collaborating with the joint staff of 1800 consultants at Ramboll Sweden and 16500 globally. Vi have the ambition to use each other's strengths to gain continued success, which is why a good communicative ability is important for success in the role.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Project Manager with experience from mission critical projects within data centre, food tech or industrial sectors to join a client focused team to help develop and drive our capability, with intent of working on high profile projects both office based and site based. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Lead and oversee the successful delivery of projects (in conjunction with partners).
Manage overall project cost, schedule, and budgets.
Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
Run and lead required meetings.
Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures
Take personal responsibility for complying with established strategies and Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards.
Support and develop our team aiming to work on high profile projects.
Support and develop targeted marketing activities.
Participate in Business Development activities where required.
Actively participate and support in development of proposals and attend Client interviews as required.
Support business objectives of delivering value for money.

5+ years' experience in delivering projects.
Technical background and relevant education.
Ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business.
Well organised, structured, proactive.
Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal, fluent in English.
Able to quickly acclimatise to a new project and take ownership to drive forward.
Team player with a "can do" attitude, polite, patient, diplomatic and flexible
Preferable is:
Experience in delivering projects as Project Manager.
Experience managing projects from conception through to completion.
