We are looking for a Data Architect with the below expertise:
To work with MHC Core team on Data architecture, Data modelling, ETL Design & implementation along with overall migration approach of existing SQL Server data platform into Cloud data warehouse on Snowflake & to meet all the specific strategic requirements.
To understand the existing platform end to end, which is in SQL Server & MSBI stack and then recommend & implement best practices in ETL & ELT while migrating the application code in new platform.
To work closely with MHC Business team, Business analysts & Service owners to ensure that the end user experience of Power BI reports are not impacted during the whole process of Migration into new Snowflake platform.
To Work closely with Mindtree Data Engineering COE teams to bring the best practices & accelerators for Snowflake implementation. To deep dive into all levels of Data Analysis using SQL for any data issue as well as proactive impact analysis that are required throughout the project lifecycle. To drive the entire project execution by working closely with offshore team, Mindtree COE team, MHC Business analysts
To guide the offshore team on all the technical challenges during the project execution. To co-ordinate with offshore team throughout the lifecycle by ensuring Requirements are clear & frozen on time, provide the technical & functional design, to review all the components before QA Testing & production deployment. To work closely with Business users to create an effective UAT approach and successfully on-time UAT completion.
