We are currently looking for a Data Engineering Lead to lead and strengthen our Data engineering team. You likely have some years of experience within Machine Learning/AI and are motivated for a role where you can keep developing these skills whilst leading a small team of experts in a growing organization. In this role, you will execute technical leadership by inspiring the team and drive the delivery of technical solutions to improve our business processes and enable better data-driven decisions. In collaboration with stakeholders you will strengthen the Data engineering team to create effective solutions and advance our data and machine learning transformation, continuously improving with the right tools and capabilities.
In this role, you will:

Drive the development of ML/AI as a specialist field within Lendo globally

Be instrumental as advisor for our Product and Business teams in relation to this field

Help identify business opportunities and use-cases within the field

Be expected to be hands on when developing ML/AI solutions for Lendo
You will also:

Lead a small team consisting of a data engineer and an analytics specialist enabling Lendo as a data driven business

Collaborate with stakeholders and set roadmap for development of our data warehouse and principles for management of our data sets

Set goals for the team aligned with overall company goals

Provide coaching and performance feedback to team members
-
Engage and coordinate with other managers across the organization
Continuously work for a healthy team culture, spirit and psychological safety within the team.
