Your mission
As the Data Analytics Specialist, your role is essential in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the master data domains and applications. You'll be responsible for monitoring data quality across all entities, divisions, and functions, continuously assessing the performance of the data to identify any areas that require improvement.

Your primary task is to analyze the monitored results and provide feedback to the key stakeholders, including the Global Master Data Architect, Global Process Managers, and Global Business Process Specialists. By utilizing your expertise in data analytics, you'll play a crucial role in helping the organization to achieve optimal data quality and performance.
You'll be expected to operate a process of continuous improvement that aims to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization's data management systems. This involves identifying areas of improvement and developing innovative solutions that promote operational excellence.

Your profile
To be successful as an Data Analytics Specialist, you'll need a combination of education, experience, and technical skills. Specifically, you'll need:

A degree in Data/Data Analytics sciences or equivalent experience. A background in data analytics, data management, or related fields will be essential in this role.
The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable content. As an Analytics Specialist, you'll need to be able to interpret complex data sets and communicate your findings to a range of stakeholders effectively.
Experience with data-related aspects in both pre-packaged (M3, SAP, Oracle, Teamcenter) and home-built applications (i.e., database and table structures/relationships). You'll need to have a good understanding of the different data management systems used by the organization, including pre-packaged software and home-built applications.
The ability to create Power BI reports. Power BI is a widely used tool for data visualization, and proficiency in this tool will be crucial for creating meaningful and informative reports.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
