Would you like to deliver critical data insights to all levels from center operations to the board of directors in one of the leading padel court operators in the world?

As a Data Analytics Specialist at PDL you will be responsible for managing all our customer data in our database to produce key insights for the entire organization. You will create cuts of the data to visualize developments and situations crucial in our work with developing our concept, offering of products and services as well as our strategy. You will also analyze customer behavior throughout our digital presence and lead development of this, including optimizing our website and app to provide a smooth and efficient user experience. As a basis of this, you will also optimize and pressure test our database and systems, e.g. Power BI and SQL.

About the position:
You will own the quality and structure of our database and systems, extract and analyze selected data insights and present findings on our customer types, behaviors, and demographics to stakeholders across the organization. This means applying an analytical mindset to an understanding of our business so you can define what cuts of raw data to extract from our CRM system, twist and turn the data to distill the most productive measurements of e.g. performance of centers, offers, and campaigns, and visualize through various BI systems. You will also manage our SQL platform to improve our digital presence to make sure that our customers get the most useful information about our services and activities in a user-friendly way. Further on you ensure our data is collected, stored, and managed as efficient as possible whilst ensuring a high data quality. Making sure that our data is accessible to colleagues in a user friendly and visually satisfying manner is a crucial part where your expertise heavily benefits the organization. Lastly, you will be the owner of our company wide IT-infrastructure and strategy, determining our optimal way for handling all matters related to IT.
You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and CEO, and have regular interactions with our center managers, regional managers, and management team.

Responsibilities in your role:
As a Data Analytics Specialist at PDL, you will among other things:

• Manage SQL database (using MariaDB and Google Cloud Platform), quality check data and potentially restructure how data is collected, structured, stored and visualized
• Import and export database data to suppliers and partners. CRON-tabs using Google Cloud Platform (Linux Server)
• Operate Power BI and create dashboards
• Handle software and services: SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Power BI, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Data Studio, Wordpress, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Suite
• Own the technical side of setting up and managing campaigns
• Ensure PDL data and online presence are correct, after acquisitions and new establishments. E.g. rebrand accounts on Facebook, redirect traffic from domains
• Optimize and manage website and content (currently using WordPress but we are open to changes based on your judgement)
• Lead generation; optimize click-path on the website and in our app.
• CRM; Create marketing automations sequences and emails for the different customer groups and stages of the customer journey
• Monitor and track metrics on website, campaigns, and social media. Understand customer behavior and preferences and make informed data-driven decisions for further growth

Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have the qualifications below. This does not however mean that exactly these need to be matched row by row, we are aware that some skills and experience can compensate for other current gaps:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields such as Data science, Computer science, Engineering, applied mathematics
• 1-3 years of relevant previous experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience of data management and analytics
• Experience from working with Business Intelligence and data visualization
• Strong knowledge of SQL, CRM, CMS, RDBMS, Google Cloud, Power BI
• Fluent in Swedish and English
