MultiMind is looking for an experienced Project reporting specialist with strong experience as data analyst. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible till 6 months.
About Client: Our client is a global leader in home appliances and appliances for professional use, based on deep consumer insight. They offer thoughtfully designed, innovative and sustainable solutions, developed in close collaboration with professional users. The products include refrigerators, ovens, cookers, hobs, dishwashers, washing machines, vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and small domestic appliances which they sell in 150 markets.
About Role: The project reporting specialist position has the overall responsibility and accountability for using data to inform our global purchasing decision across the organisation. Using technical skills, business acumen and creativity, this position is responsible for animating the supplier 360 report to generate business insights, be able to complete life cycle data generation and outline critical information for the different stakeholders. In addition, the reporting specialist plays a key role by business partnering and supporting execution of Global Purchasing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that the team's purchasing reporting delivers high-quality and relevant data to intelligently grow our business and improve efficiencies.
Automate currently manual processes, providing data rich visualisations to promote accurate decision making
Managing master data, including creating one supplier name across our various systems.
Provide quality assurance and expertise on imported data, the storage structure, data mining, and data cleansing.
Supporting different initiatives for data integrity and normalisation.
Qualifications and skills: Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst
Experience with BI tool (Power BI, QlikView, Tableau) a plus
Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of setting priorities, meeting predetermine deadlines and multi-tasking
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English.
Able to work efficiently with cross functional team and at all level of management.
Ability to respond quickly and positively to change as wells acting as a change catalyst
