Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the database (excel) and related dashboards (PowerBi). You will own and drive the updates and maintenance needed as requirements are added and at the same time keep documentation up to date. Automation is key and is promoted wherever possible.
Maintain database:
• Ensure consistency of database and maintenance
• Refresh data
• Continuously optimize current solution
Automate processes with PowerAutomate:
• Create automations where possible
• Maintain knowledge and update existing automations
Develop KPI Dashboard:
• Analyse the usage of dashboards and make updates where needed
• Ensure consistant delivery of reports from PowerBi (Through PowerAutomate)
Address continuous feedback from teams:
• Analyse feedback and suggest updates
• Refine onboarding material and support model
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Excel
• PowerBi
• PowerAutomate
• SQL
• JIRA/Confluence
• Cloud certification: GCP Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure (Consultant is expected to have certificate at latest 31 mars if not already certified)
