Description
The client are looking for a Data Analyst on a project basis to help them refactor and enhance their Power BI Dashboard. The dashboard is used in over 17 markets to enable markets themselves to follow up important KPI's in the product and make strategic decisions.
You will be expected to review the KPI dashboard as-is and use your SQL and Power BI skills to refine and enhance KPI reports to meet the changing needs. Once completed you will hand the ownership of the reports over to someone in the team.
During your tenure you will also have primary responsibility for maintenance and operation of the existing tools. You are structured and able to prioritize what needs to be done based on business needs and potential impact.
Work tasks:
• Maintaining, operating and improving our KPI tools.
• Set Kpi 's Guidelines/ Goals as a reference for follow up and improve performance, ensure developments and comparability between Markets and Improvement of our Product impact in Business and customer experience.
• Benchmarking and mapping of current KPI Dashboard
• Requirement gathering from team and stakeholders
• Design and structure new reports
• Correction, enhancement of existing dashboard features and development of new dashboard features.
• Documentation and handover.
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Power BI
• SQL

• Experience in retail
• Agile

• Communicate clearly with team and stakeholders
• Gather and prioritize requirements and work in a structured manner
• Take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
• Document in a clear and concise fashion
• Come up-to-speed quickly in a fast-paced environment
