About the role:
Our R&D team in Stockholm is now looking for a Data Analyst. As a Data Analyst at TSS, you will work on developing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support decision-making across the business. You will play a key role in providing data-driven insights and creating reports that guide our strategy and operations.
We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive individual who can take the initiative and work independently. You are results-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality outputs. To thrive in this role, you will also need strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
What you will do:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets from various sources to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored data solutions.
Create and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance.
Develop data models and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
Support the R&D and Development teams by providing data-driven recommendations to optimize processes and decision-making.
Present data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
Who you are:
3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or in a related role.
Proficient in SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and experienced in BI tools and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
A background in statistical analysis or predictive modeling is a merit.
