Data Analyst
As part of SKFs Global Marketing organization, your role as Data Analyst is to support SKFs different Industries and Products lines in their strategy on how to optimize the reach to the external customer.
Your day-to-day work
• Collaborate with market research department to analyze business patterns and trends.
• Document and evaluate business data to serve as guide in execution of tasks.
• Carry out statistical analysis of all business data from the company.

Location
You will report to Group Marketing, which has its base in Gothenburg. The position is preferably based in Gothenburg or in one of the major SKF sites, on a local contract.

Experience and Education
• Strong analytical and communicational skills with the ability to have a macro understanding of the market while paying attention to the details.
• Strong knowledge of computing.
• Expertise in digital marketing analytics and tools, interpreting data to uncover patterns, correlation, trends, preferences and other information.
• Competence and experience in creating, documenting and selling/promoting customer value based on findings of analyses.
• Experience in working in both local operational environment and a more global strategic perspective.
• Ability to develop strong professional relationships and to influence peers, managers, senior executives and other teams.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an accredited Business college or university in Marketing and preferably specialized in Marketing research and Intelligence.
• Minimum English as working language.
