Objective of the position
We are looking for a data analyst that can generate insight of our products status and productivity, from analyses of control system and other relevant business system data, to help servicing our customers. The job also includes development of systems, procedures and specifications for data analyses.
Key accountabilities
Analyze collected data from control and business system to
• Examine data quality
• Organize data of interest
• Present drawn conclusions (KPIs, reports, dashboards etc)
Develop and maintain the systems/tools used for data analysis and presentation
Specify requirements on business and control system when it comes to data collection and quality
Work closely with cross-functional team in Design, Service, Sales and Marketing to translate findings into action
Instruct and coach other users in the systems and interpretation of the results
What do we expect from you?
To be successful in this position, we believe you have the following background
• Master's or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related field from an accredited college or university
• Good understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Flexible and problem solving with analytical qualities
• Able to develop and present new and innovative solutions
• Adapt easily to new techniques and keen to increase knowledge
• Analysis of product status is a major part, why knowledge of machine elements and control system are highly valued
• As the position will have many internal and external contacts, good communication skills and proficient of spoken and written English is important.
