hela Sverige Tele2 is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Advanced Analytics team within Commercial B2C! The team of 10 Analysts is responsible for adding value for our customers holding mobile and/or fixed services. We do that by providing actionable insights to various parts of the organization in general but to Commercial more specifically. These insights often lead to new propositions or campaign initiatives that aim to make our customers more happy and loyal. Although the position is mainly focused on the Fixed business (Broadband, TV and Telephony) you'll collaborate with all Analysts through discussions regarding data, methodologies, tools, programming etc.
Role description:
Ownership of analytical function for customer growth and market potential planning, including but not limited to market potential analysis, universe segmentation, development of analytical processes and tools, cross-functional coordination to ensure "single truth" across business units and enabling critical analytical deliveries and reporting for senior management on an ongoing basis
Analyze data and understand trends to provide actionable insights that impact business bottom line across the range of analytics initiatives like- Customer Segmentation, Churn / Cross-Sell / Upsell Propensity Models, Customer Lifetime Value and Pricing analytics
Identify process loopholes and revenue leakages caused by channel / campaign conflict or misalignment with commercial objectives and fix with alternative solutions
This is what you have:
2-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist or similar
Experience in development of predictive models and usage of analytical methods and tools
Knowledge of data programming skills, software, processing tools, and such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, Scala, Zeppelin, Hue, Spark, Impala etc.
Strong financial and business understanding of the different levers affecting revenue/profitability and impact on customer base
Result-oriented, highly driven and dedicated to delivering high quality
Confident in dealing with senior management and able to voice your opinions in larger group meetings
Fluent in Swedish and/or English, verbal and written.
