About the job
In this position, you design, develop and implement end-end analytics solutions, primarily in Power BI. By collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to increase their utilization of data for decision making, you share your knowledge and analytics expertise. In accordance with the vision and strategy, you suggest ways and drive improvements that increase the impact of data and analytics. You actively support the development of the Analytics & BI function in generating policies, standards and procedure to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Also included in your job is to:
Design and develop data models for utilization by applications, services and business users.
Ensure that analytics and BI solutions adhere to the level of information security and sensitivity classifications.
Communicate results and educate end-users on solutions and approaches.
Implement data models for analytics and BI purposes.
Suggest and implement improvements to our technical capabilities and processes, including planning, execution and follow-up.
The location for this position is Stockholm, Sweden or Pune, India, and we apply a hybrid work set-up, allowing you to combine office work with remote work.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with a relevant education or equivalent knowledge gained from work experience. You're technically interested and have a background in data analytics, data modeling and are well acquainted with Power BI. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Although your background is important, your personality is your biggest asset in this role. With your excellent interpersonal- and communication skills, you're able to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others across cultural borders. You enjoy working in an ever-changing environment - having the ability to see the bigger picture and are eager to drive change.
