To our client we are now looking for a Data Analyst within gaming! In the role you will work in close collaboration with product managers, data scientists, designers and developers supporting the design, execution and evaluation of new experiments and features. Your role will include translating business questions into data questions and data answers into business answers. You will be working with varied stakeholders in a fun, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
• Analysis: Perform quantitative & qualitative analysis that provides insights into players behavior.
Communication: Communicate results of your analysis in a clear and concise manner, with an understanding of data visualization and the importance of drawing accurate conclusions from multiple data sources.
Product development: Give analytical support in the discovery phase of new initiatives as well as iterative improvements of existing ones.
Stakeholder management: Understanding stakeholder needs and expectations as well as engaging with them to build positive relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Operations: Help own the creation and implementation of planned experiments and optimisations, working collaboratively with game operators, developers, designers and artists.

Qualifications
• You have experience of working in similar roles and you have good understanding of statistics and SQL.
• You are proficient in visualizing data through dashboards, enabling stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
• You know how to define the right data, critical metrics, analyses or interpretations leading to the right recommendations.
• You are fluent in English in speech and writing.

Personal qualities
To thrive in the role of Data Analyst you have great communication skills and can communicate, visualize and report your results and analyses so they are clear and unambiguous to both technical and non-technical team members.

Salary as agreed.
Admission and Application
Full time, office hours. Our client wishes to start as soon as possible and the assignment is expected to run until for 6 months with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting client.
