Ministry of Snus is settling for a huge growth in the Swedish market and are in the process of establishing our own entity in Nacka Strand.
We are now looking for a Data Analyst as part of a strong team of 5 people in the head office.

The Job
The role as Data Analyst will include analyzing sales and product performance, bringing insights of improvement areas and lead improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst will report directly to the Country Manager and will be a key player in building the strategy for the Swedish market. The position also gives you an exciting opportunity to establish and accelerate Ministry of Snus on the Swedish market.
You will be provided a lot of support from the HQ in Denmark, to which you will also make occasional travels, some travelling around Sweden may also be required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support Ministry of Snus Sweden's management with improving and optimizing sales performance
Forecasting on brand and channel P&L and other business support calculation
Monitor and analyse the sales KPI's and communicate insights to the sales and marketing team
Advocate data-driven decision making
Identify commercial opportunities leveraging data and models
Being responsible for bridging financial results between HQ and Stockholm including comments and actions in close cooperating with the Country Manager
The right profile
The right candidate comes with a few years of work experience from customer and product/business analysis and have experience of working with datavisualization tools.
In this position it 's important to have a strong analytical and conceptual ability as well as a determined approach to implementation. To have a well-developed understanding of commercial aspects, together with business acumen is also highly valuable. At Ministry of Snus, we are result oriented and it 's important that the candidate have a strategic orientation and operational approach to the key account discipline. We are looking for candidates with strong communication, presentation and negotiating skills. As a person we see that you are open and have a positive and flexible approach. You are team oriented and value what 's best for the company. The position also requires a lot of creativity and empathy for other people. A great sense of humor will also be an asset at Ministry of Snus.
Professional experience
Academic degree within Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (or similar).
A few years of experience from customer and product/business analysis.
Experience of working with data visualization tools.
Understanding of using numerical, statistical, and analytical methods to apply to data processing
Preferably experienced in matrix organisations with many stakeholders.
Fluent in English, other Nordic languages is an advantage.
Strong user in MS Office. Superuser in Excel and Powerpoint. Useful with experience in Power BI or likewise.
