The team builds and maintains the platform for analytics capabilities and delivers insights across the Pagero organization.

What you will be doing
We are looking for someone to take our data analytics capabilities to the next level. You will be working with our talented data analytics and engineering team to iteratively build out our data warehouse and create dashboards, visualizations, and insights for our stakeholders.
More specifically, the kind of projects you will be working on:
Cleaning, analyzing, and transforming raw data into insightful findings and visualizations
Collaborating with stakeholders to collect business requirements and define successful analytics outcomes
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting key metrics & insights to stakeholders on a regular basis
Creating and maintaining dashboards to enable efficient exploratory analysis and equip business stakeholders with self-serve access to resolve routine data requests
Creating new datasets for analytics capabilities
Advocating for data quality, data governance, and data product thinking
Running workshops with senior business and IT stakeholders where you present findings
You will be solving complex data processing problems, making an impact across an industry-leading global organization. You are curious and love to learn about new technologies and your previous experience of working with various platforms, tools and methodologies will help our team navigate trade-offs as we expand, adapt, and scale our platform.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in Data Analysis transforming raw data into insightful stories
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with one or more data and analytics technologies (Tableau, Power Bi, Apache Superset, or similar)
Proficient at building datasets that are accurate and easy to understand and consume
SQL and Relational Databases
Scala and/or Python
Knowledge of one or more business domains
Experience in working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
Ability to be committed to the end result and help others gets there
Fast learner, self-starter, and intellectually curious
Fluent in English
Nice to haves (if you don't have any of these you should still apply!)
Familiar or skilled with machine learning
Community involvement in open-source projects
