We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team within Technical Service (TS). We have the responsibility to deliver and coordinate technical support for the Volvo & Renault products towards market companies and importers, and are the link between the market and design departments at Volvo Group Trucks Technology. We contribute to the Product Development process with our field and aftermarket expertise.
This is the role
Within TS we annually resolve more than 25 000 support cases, each representing a customer concern. As Data Analyst at TS, you will be responsible for defining and using valid statistical principles to analyze vehicle breakdown data for customer trucks. You will also contribute to develop specialized statistical methodologies.
You will work in close corporation both with our Product Specialists, front desk staff as well as market companies/importers and internal GTT customers.

This is you
Minimum B.Sc. degree in Mathematics, Computing Science, Statistics or equal by experience
You have documented experience in working with data analytics and visualizations
You are comfortable with: R, Python, SQL, Qlik/Tableau, Power BI
You have experience or strong interest in automotive technologies and connected services
Experience in Software Robotic Automation is an added advantage
