Your mission
In this position, you're part of the Performance Development team working to strengthen our current business and develop the capabilities needed to enable, manage and execute KPI based customer contracts. You collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data - with the purpose of identify trends, develop knowledge and create insights - by interacting and collaborating with coworkers all over our organization, from service technicians in the front line, to supply chain planners and development engineers in the back line. Being a key player in our efforts to develop more knowledge of the service life and consumptions of different parts of our machines, you present and communicate findings, both in your own team and with relevant stakeholders. You're also involved in developing analytical capabilities needed for evaluating the performance of our machines and our contracts to create a seamless flow and more efficient processes.
The location for this position is Svedala - just outside of Malmö - and we need your presence here at least three days per week. Some travel may occur.
Your character
We're looking for someone with a university degree in a relevant field - preferably a master's in engineering or mathematics - combined with a few years of relevant professional experience in data analysis and modeling. We use MATLAB for analyzing quantitative data and certain proficiency in basic programming and statistics is therefore needed. An understanding of physics or mechanics is nice to have, as well as knowledge in Python. Acting in a global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English, knowledge in Swedish is a plus.
With a curious mindset, can-do attitude and driven personality, you get things done and always aim to deliver high quality on time. You have a structured way of working and are pragmatic. Being a true team-player, you strongly believe that the best solutions come from great collaboration, and at the same time, you have no problem in working independently. Your clear way of communicating is a great asset when building networks and relationships all over our global organization!
