We are searching for you who have a great interest in driving insights from data! We believe you have solid experience from working as a data analyst with large datasets and with data visualisation software/applications. We see that you have an education within Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Finance, Marketing, Mathematics, Analytics, or another related field. Preferably, you are experienced in data processing and -analysis languages.
You have knowledge of:
cleaning data and how to deal with imperfections, including defining corrective actions
data set processes for data modelling, mining and production
DevOps and agile development practices, in which requirements and solutions evolve through the collaborative effort of self-organizing cross-functional teams
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
As a Data Analyst you will be responsible to support data driven decisions by helping to visualize and present meaningful and actionable insights derived from analysis of business data. Moreover, support in collecting and analysing business data to perform industry research and derive answers and insights on business questions, presented and reported through using various reporting tools.
You will:
leverage data assets by data collection and processing, to provide basis for day-to-day meaningful and actionable strategic and operational insights
propose corrective actions for IT systems or process improvements to step up data quality
identify and help share trends and metrics from sources of raw data to increase efficiency
apply good written and verbal communication skills in storytelling, supported by visualisation of data, primarily focused on stakeholders in advanced analytics
support colleagues with medium-scale modelling projects, focused on collecting and cleaning data
In this role you will report to the Advanced Analytics Manager, Ingka Centres.
