hela Sverige Ryska Posten Bemanning is looking for a Danish-speaking Program Coordinator who wants to be part of EF's Nordic Hub in Stockholm on behalf of EF Education First. The position is full-time starting immediately.

ABOUT THE SERVICE
We are now looking for a Danish-speaking Program Coordinator for our customer EF Education First. EF was founded in Sweden in 1965 and is one of the world's largest educational companies. In the role as a Danish-speaking Program Coordinator, your primary task is to drive the sale of one of our Danish programs, with the rest of your team, through telemarketing and personal consultations. The position is full-time and is suitable for those who are passionate about working with world-class sales and service and have a passion for travel and education.
This recruitment process is handled by Ryska Posten Bemanning and our customer's request is that all calls and emails about the service go to us. You will be employed directly by EF.
TASKS
As a Danish-speaking Program Coordinator, your main tasks will be:
• Lead generation, offline and online
• Pipeline management
• Sales coaching of team
• Sales
• Regular travel to DK and in the long run also US and Zurich
• Customer service and support
• Coordination with operations units in UK/IE and US
• Manage team of part time interview leaders in DK
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU AS
• Have previous experience of working with sales and service
• Has a bachelor's degree
• Have good knowledge of the Office Suite and Outlook
• Can speak and write Danish and English fluently
• Is ready to shortly take a Product Manager role
It is meritorious if:
• You can speak and write Swedish unhindered
• You have mastered another Nordic language
As a person you are social, service-oriented and driven. You are self-motivated, proactive and structured. Furthermore, you are professional, communicative and goal-oriented.
