As a Merchant Support agent you will give our give our Danish and Swedish merchants great service by answering their questions over phone and e-mail .Together we will create a long-lasting and close relation to our e-merchants by giving them world-class service. We always strive to exceed our e-merchants expectations and it is therefore important that you contribute with creative ideas that can improve our processes and thereby Klarna overall. You will work in a team that has high social competence and the ambition to always deliver the best possible service.

Success in this role means being a dedicated team member who inspires others through your work and personality. Your excellent service is a result of your will to always go the extra mile.
We are looking for you who are able to bring positivity and team-spirit to our Merchant Support-team. You are not afraid of new challenges and to develop by set goals, both individually and in the team, are evident for you. If you have recently finished high school then this is the job for you! Technical and/or economic experience is a merit for this job. You speak and write Danish and Swedish fluently.
