The Customer Service department’s primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to Klarna’s customers, both to our end-consumers and to the e-stores using our payment services. Customer Service is a central part of Klarna and your work will have a direct impact on our customer’s satisfaction.

We are now looking for an energetic and service minded Danish-speaking advisor for our Customer Service Disputes team with responsibilities as:

• Solving customer and partner cases and deliver service with high efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and help victims of fraud  
• Preventing fraudsters from trying to remove security-blocks and fish for sensitive information.
• Oversee our presence in social media
• Involvement in different projects regarding our routines and processes.

Who are you

You are an efficient, independent person with a customer minded attitude who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organisation. You enjoy investigating and solving tricky customer requests and you always walk the extra mile to do so. You are secure in making the right decisions and you are not afraid to take own initiative. You like working towards common goals together with dedicated, sociable team members. We expect you to be fluent in Danish and English, extra language skills are a plus.
