Assignment:
Your main task will be to answer inbound support questions and this will primarily take place over the phone or E-mails. Here you will be part of a Nordic team which consists of a Swedish and Norwegian department.

Qualifications:
You must be at least 18 years old
Fluent Danish and good English skills, both orally and in writing.
Good communication skills.
You are solution-oriented.
You are passionate about providing great service.
You have good IT skills.
Interested in the technological field
Start date: February 2022

Type of employment: Permanent with a probationary period of 6 months.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary and there is the possibility of a bonus with Moving Package
