Stream offers customer support in the Nordic market. Our clients are well-established companies that have chosen to outsource their support operations. Stream helps both private and corporate customers with support. We are located in Helsingborg and we provide support in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Swedish. We are about 250 employees in Helsingborg and over 40,000 employees globally.

We now have a need to recruit a Danish speaking Team Manager and we are looking for someone with a few years of work experience

Responisbilities:

• Lead a team of approx. 20-25 employees
• Train, coach and motivate the team to achieve client-specific KPI
• Work with Service Delivery Manager to set goals
• Ensure service to our customers based on the client's requirements and guidelines
• Payroll for the team
• Work closely with HR in the recruitment process

Qualifications:
• Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge in English
• We prefer that you have previous management experience
• If you have experience in the travel industry it's a big plus
• Good administrative skills
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to make quick, accurate and timely decisions.

You must be able to work under high workload and be used in a flexible manner as you shall have a process-oriented way of thinking. In your leadership, you should be clear, consistent and structured. Of course, you must have a strong interest in management issues.
