What will your day look like?
You will lead a team of 18-20 Customer Support Associates, providing them with support and helping them develop in their role. You have the operational responsibility of your team's performance and insuring that the client 's targets are met.
Some of your responsibilities as a Team Leader:
• Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of a non-exempt work group, including work assignment and attendance monitoring, providing input into selecting, training, developing, and completing performance appraisal of work group(s), in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Effectively interact with team members while demonstrating a genuine interest in team members, maintaining open lines of communication with team members, and being an advocate for team members.
• Coach and mentor Support Associates on their performance to ensure goals are set for their personal and professional growth and development. Demonstrate skills at analyzing trends and assist in creating action plans that determine a solution.
• Communicate positive, as well as negative feedback, adapting coaching styles depending on the situation and audience, providing feedback that is specific and constructive, and encouraging all team members in incremental performance improvement. Maintain open communication with all team members. Act as a resource for answering questions, resolving product and policy questions.
• Develop relationships within the supporting business units to help resolve issues related to team members (e.g., Human Resources, WFM, Quality, etc.)
Do you enjoy being the one who support others and to see them develop in their roles? Have you demonstrated the ability to coach and help others grow? Do you have a proven track record from achieving results? Are you flexible and can adapt quickly to changes?
You need to have:
• previous experience from a role within leadership
• fluency in English and Danish
We prefer you to have:
• experience from a call center
• a couple of years' experience from customer service or sales
You have good knowledge of software applications and skills in verbal and written communication in order to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. You are structured, analytical and have a good judge of character. Good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills are essential for success in the role. If you have knowledge in either Norwegian and/or Swedish, it will be appreciated.
