hela Sverige On behalf of our client, MultiMind is now looking for a Danish Customer Service Agent to join an international Support Team. Our client is one of the fastest growing innovators in Sweden, successfully bringing to life trustful online payment solutions to customers across Europe.
As company is headquartered in Stockholm, almost the entire Support Team is located here, which is over 100 people with international backgrounds, speaking a dozen of different languages. As a part of it you will be ensuring that the excellent service is delivered to all the customers.
You will be working primarily with Danish end-consumers: answering their questions over the phone, e-mail and in social media. As company is always striving to bring the best service possible, you will be involved in different ad-hoc projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes. The Customer Service department is a central part of the company and your work will have a direct impact on the rest of the business functions.
