We are looking for a highly talented, dynamic and solutions-oriented Sales Representative (Sales, Customer Relations) to work with us full-time in the Stockholm office. This is a one year contract, but for the right candidate there are a lot of opportunities within the company.
As Sales representative, you are responsible for recruiting (SALES) and preparing 18-26 year olds to travel to the USA as au pairs.
The role will include responsibility for the planning, execution and project management of Cultural Care Au Pair's sales and marketing activities in Denmark/Sweden, including daily routines like incoming calls, admin and CRM calls (telemarketing). A big portion of your week you will also spend on interviewing and screening of applicants.
Qualifications:
• Has a passion for sales and customer service, and has preferably worked with sales previously
• Has excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Is creative, entrepreneurial and proactive with a team spirit, who thrives under high pressure and wants to work in an uncontrolled environment with very few restrictions
• Ideally would have lived abroad for some time or traveled extensively
• Advanced skills with MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Speaks Danish and English fluently, preferably also Swedish as you will be located in Stockholm

The position requires a flexible and goal driven "all-rounder" with a strong work ethic, a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and the drive to grow the Au Pair Program in the Nordic countries. We are looking for a person who is energetic, self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision, creative but is also able to remain calm in difficult situations.
A successful candidate must be highly organized, able to keep on top of many details and prioritize effectively.
You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as much as creating new sales ideas or finding solutions to problems.
