In order to increase market shares in Scandinavia De'Longhi Group is now establishing a Stockholm office. We are now looking for one Danish speaking Sales Coordinator with a commercial mindset. You will play an important role in a growing organization.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Stockholm
Description:
As a Sales Coordinator you play an important role by supporting the sales team and the sales management. Your responsibility is to coordinate the sales activities from the back office and to be responsible for the coordination of the marketing and the administrative support between the headquarter in Sweden, Italy and UK. You will also play an important role as a support to customers and consumers regarding information and customer service.
As a Sales Coordinator you collect orders from the customers and insert them in the SAP system, together with the headquarters in Italy and UK you process the orders in form of shipping, booking deliveries, etc. You also keep an updated rolling forecast in the system by inserting the data received by the customers and then approved by the Sales Manager or Commercial Director. One of the Sales Coordinators will also have more administrative responsibilities. You will be reporting to the Commercial Director in Scandinavia.
Expectations:
To succeed in this role you need to have good communication skills and to be customer oriented. You have a commercial attitude and find it rewarding to be a professional and proactive support for De?Longhi Group sales team and customers. As a person you are cooperative, self-motivated and flexible with good attention to details. You are comfortable working in roles with multiple reporting lines within an international company and have the ability to manage different tasks.
We expect you to have:
• Preferably knowledge of working in SAP
• Experience from back office or similar roles
• Fluently speaking and writing in three languages Swedish, English and Danish.
