MultiMind has an opening for a Danish Speaking Order Analyst , looking to gain experience in a world leading supplier of famous and popular consumer hygiene products.
This role will develop your skills and knowledge within supply-chain management, giving the right candidate an opportunity to take ownership of key processes and clients in a fast-paced and truly international environment.

The role:
Delivering exceptional customer service via telephone and email correspondence
Coordinating order management operations with sales reps, demand planners and key account managers located in different countries.
Accurate order execution (administrating and processing orders via SAP, ensuring that the right quantity of products is delivered on time).
Participating in projects and working with team various leaders and other departments to improve processes and find efficiencies.
Coordinating special product campaigns for different customers, ensuring that campaigns are run smoothly.
Providing team leaders and senior management with order management statistics, using Excel to analyse product supply, delivery and order efficiency.
Administrating returns and claims for damaged goods.
Taking ownership of order releases for your customers and on boarding of new staff in order management systems, processes and routines.
Key Skills Required:
Good skills in Excel and Outlook, your communication skills are highly professional in both Danish & English.
Comfortable with working with CRM and other related business systems
A positive, collaborative and proactive attitude
Ability to work under a pressure with tight deadlines and take ownership
