MultiMind is now looking for a Danish speaking IT-Support Agent for an assignment starting in October 2014 until August 2015. As an IT-Support Agent will you be part of the Service Desk team and your responsibility is to provide a high quality of 1st level support and service to our customer’s internal users.
The main tasks are that in a professional and quickly way provide service over phone, email and personal visits. You will provide fast and accurate solutions and log all requests/incidents.
The most common type of cases you will handle is password & access issues, applications error and order queries.
Part of your job role will also be to handle order requests (Install, Move, Add and Change requests) and ensure correct resolver team gets any request that cannot be completed by Service Desk. Document any new information in the information knowledge repository and ensure existing documents are up to date and accurate.
Your background
• At least 1 year of experience with Service Desk/Helpdesk/Customer Service work
• Education degree, preferably in Information Technology
• ITIL basic knowledge is meritorious
Knowledge and skills
• Good technical skills with local clients and network
• Have a general knowledge of IT in an enterprise environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Good troubleshooting skill
• Knowledge of Microsoft environment (Windows & Active Directory) in an multinational enterprise environment
• Knowledge and experience of ITIL-processes
• Proficiency in Danish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
• The ability to understand Norwegian and Swedish is an advantage
