JOB PURPOSE:
The Inside Account Manager is responsible for developing, managing and growing new and renewal business from an assigned customer base. This position requires strong phones sales experience and clear understanding of managing customer relationships. Must have the ability to grow, manage and forecast accurate monthly pipeline.

GOALS and OBJECTIVES:
• Ability to multi-task while managing a high volume customer base
• Complete minimum of 60 + calls per day (Expectation is 80-100 per day)
• Develop and execute monthly sales plan focused on driving new from existing customer base, while increasing renewal conversion rates
• Exceed monthly sales quotas and complete monthly assigned objectives
• Manage pipeline and provide accurate monthly forecast
• Assess and validate needs of existing customers and develop incremental new business from these existing customers by positioning Panda Security's value through a consultative selling approach

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
• Sell value around entire Panda product portfolio
• Responsible for up-selling/cross-selling to increase revenue and profitability within each customer account
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and plan to exceed quota
• Manage and grow existing renewal business within an assigned territory
• Enter and Maintain accurate records in CRM (SalesForce.com)
• Change to Foster positive and frequent communication with sales management and stakeholders of the business.

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and QUALIFICATIONS:
• Have excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation & communication skills (Required)
• Native of fluent Danish speaker, fluent English (Swedish is a plus)
• Previous inside sales experience (software required)
• Proven experience managing accounts (minimum 2 years)
• Understanding of IT landscape (products, partners, companies, etc.)
• Able to present online/Webex demos
• Security software experience is a major plus
• Use of CRM system Salesforce.com
• Able to excel in a fast-paced, multifaceted, team environment
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving abilities
• Capacity to think "outside the box" and motivate others to take well-reasoned risks
• Able to work well independently and in a team environment, and interact with individuals at all levels in the organization
• Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Education: BA/BS, or equivalent work experience

Varaktighet, arbetstid
Vi tillämpar 35-timmarsvecka, med kontorstid 8,30-16,30 måndag till fredag utom sommaren då vi stänger ner kl 15 på fredagar.
