hela Sverige To our export department, located in Stockholm ? söder, Weleda is looking for a native Danish speaking export coordinator (this is a temporary position covering a maternity leave from March 15th to most likely August 2016).
Work Description
The position as export coordinator means servicing our export partners and own employees in the Nordic countries. You work closely together with the Export Manager with the overall target to drive growth in the Nordics. The position is mainly administrative and the main tasks are:
• Invoicing and handling monthly orders from key accounts in our export countries
• Administrating monthly forecasts
In addition the following tasks are part of the job:
• Distributing product and price information
• Coordinating marketing material
• Coordinating product launches
• Packing and shipping send-outs of testers and press-material
• Translating marketing material from English to Danish
• Administrating translation projects to the rest of the Nordic countries
• Taking part in fairs and exhibitions
You are based at our office in Stockholm, but the position will require some travelling, mainly to Denmark.
Your profile
We think that you are an organized person, very comfortable in Excel and enjoy working in an administrative service function. You also have an understanding of sales and marketing and you are at ease expressing yourself in writing. You are a native Danish speaker, and are also very comfortable in English. You have a good ability to prioritize your own work.
The position is at 75% part-time position with a fixed monthly salary. Starting date is beginning of March 2015 until most probably August 2016.
