Worktasks
You will be offered an exciting and various role at an international, prosperous company. For this position you will support one of the companys well-known international customers who is active within the travelling industry. You will work as a travel consultant and be responsible for taking inbound calls for prospective customers, handling customer inquiries in a professional manner while providing the highest level of customer service. Furthermore you will provide responsive and competent telephone support to customers as well as solving and handling customer inquiries.
You will also manage claims and customers file (email, fax and chat) regarding problems with booking, documentation request and travel coordination.
Workhours are between 8-22, seven days a week. The workload is either full-or part time dispensed between 50-100%.
Salary (full time):
o 17.844 SEK/month (basic salary)
o 1700 SEK/month (language supplement)
o Approximately 2500-3000 SEK/month (supplement when working evenings and weekends)
A probationary employment period of six months will be applied.
Your profile
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have worked with similar tasks, e.g. customer support alternatively at a call center, preferably with elements of sales. It is essential that you are fluent in danish and master english. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills- both written as well as verbally and of course strong customer focus!
The role requires general IT skills and the ability to make quick and fast searches on the Internet, while maintaining the conversation with the customer. If you have any experience with travel systems such as Amadeus, IATA, Galileo etc, this will be regarded as an advantage.
