MultiMind is now looking for Danish speaking Webmaster to one of our clients' sales team. The company is today one of the world's fastest-growing in cosmetics industry, is present in 63 countries and has more than 7000 employees. It offers a wide portfolio of Swedish, natural, innovative, quality beauty products at affordable prices.
Currently we our client is building the customer service team, which will consist of two co-workers with the assignment to give support to clients through e-mail and telephone. The work load will depend on marketing activities and will be varying from one week to another.
As a customer service representative you will focus on service: taking phone calls from resellers and clients, placing orders, handling claims and performing other common office duties. You will also be involved in proof-reading of the catalogues, development of business systems and financially related matters.
What we are looking for:
• Experience from customer support and /or sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and Danish
• Experience from proof-reading in Danish
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to work in an fast paced environment
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new business systems
